Internship - Talent Acquisition

 Location: Tirana | Flexible working hours

We are offering a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Intern role designed for students who want direct exposure to the real workings of hiring, market mapping, and industry intelligence. You will support our team in understanding the recruitment landscape, identifying skill trends, and gathering insights from recruiters across the industry.

Key tasks include 
  • Conducting competitor analysis across recruitment firms, staffing companies, and talent acquisition teams
  • Mapping skill needs and emerging trends across different industries
  • Interviewing recruiters from the market to gather insights on hiring challenges, priority competencies, and evolving talent profiles
  • Supporting junior-level sourcing, screening, and role research where needed
  • Preparing structured reports on findings and proposing opportunities for improvement
  • Contributing to our internal knowledge base on recruitment best practices and talent market dynamics
Requirements
  •  Students in HR, business, psychology, communications, or related fields
  •  Strong interest in recruitment, market research, and understanding how companies hire
  •  Good communication and interviewing skills
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to turn research into clear insights
  •  Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to explore new ideas
